Application Requirements

Work Experience Applications will be open from Monday 15th February 2016 and close on Friday 4th March 2016. (Late applications may be considered if places are still available)

All applicants must submit a letter of application to the Human Resources Department to be considered for work experience at Wimmera Health Care Group (WHCG).

Work experience placement weeks will be the first and third week of every month excluding end of year school holidays.

The letter of application should include the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Your contact number
• Your email address
• School
• Year Level
• Age
  
• Any weeks you are unable to participate in work experience and your preferred weeks 
• Why are you interested in a career in the health industry?
• What departments are of particular interest to you?
• What are some of your best qualities/strengths?
  

Our WHCG Work Experience Placement currently includes all of the following areas:

• Physiotherapy
• Dietetics
• Podiatry
• Radiology
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Pathology
• Dental Services
• Community Rehab Centre
